There are a few possible reasons for double charges:
- Multiple payment methods added. 
 If you have more than one payment method connected (for example, different cards, Apple ID, or Google accounts), duplicate charges may occur.
- Overlapping subscriptions. 
 If a Moonly Plus monthly or annual plan wasn’t canceled after purchasing Lifetime access, the system may still renew the old subscription.
- Different items were purchased. 
 You may have bought both a subscription and a one-time consumable product, such as a course or a personal yearly forecast.
If you notice that you were charged twice:
- Please contact us through the in-app Support section or via [email protected]. 
- Share payment receipts for both transactions. You can find these receipts: - In your e-mail inbox. 
- On the following platforms: - Android: pay.google.com
