You can request a refund, but this process is totally controlled by Apple. Please follow these steps:
Visit Apple webpage
Sign in with your Apple ID
Tap "Report" button next to the Moonly app
Follow the instructions and submit your request
If you have an active subscription then you can cancel it (if you have a lifetime, you don't need to) via Device Settings → Your name → Subscriptions. In Active subscriptions, tap on the Moonly app and choose Cancel Subscription.
You can also use this form to make a full refund request.
Please provide your payment receipt from Google Play (you may find it in your e-mail inbox and via pay.google.com) or tell us the e-mail address associated with your Google Play account.
