All stages of the payment are fully controlled by the platform: App Store or Google Play. Moonly doesn't manage the buying process directly. We provide an interface and process the purchase result.

To resolve your issue:
Please tell us your e-mail address, which is linked to your Google Play account, and send both payment receipts. We'll initiate a refund.
Apple doesn’t provide us access to your billing information, this process is totally controlled from their side.
You can request a refund through Apple directly:
Visit Apple's webpage
Sign in with your Apple ID
Tap "Report" button next to the Moonly app
Follow the instructions and submit your request.
