The refund process is entirely managed by Apple, and Moonly cannot initiate it directly. To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Visit Apple webpage
Sign in with your Apple ID
Tap "Report" button next to the Moonly app
Follow the instructions and submit your request.
You can also use this form to make a full refund request.
Android
Please provide us with either:
The payment receipt (you may find it in your e-mail inbox and via pay.google.com)
Or the e-mail address associated with your Google Play account.
