My Moonly Plus account was not activated after the payment was made.

Please make sure that the device is logged in with the same App Store account that made the original purchase.

To restore your Moonly Plus access, open paywall on any section of the app (for example, click on any locked meditation or article), and tap "Restore" at the bottom.

If these steps did not help, please send the receipt from Apple with your Moonly Plus subscription (it should be in your e-mail inbox & via reportaproblem.apple.com). We'll check this issue and help ✨


Android

Please make sure the device is logged in with the same Google Play account that made the original purchase. Your subscription should connect automatically.

If the Google Play account is the same as before, please send the receipt from Google Play with your Moonly Plus subscription (it should be in your e-mail inbox & via pay.google.com). We'll check this issue and help ✨
