All stages of the payment are fully controlled by the platform: App Store or Google Play. Moonly doesn't manage the billing process directly. Our role is to provide the interface and process the purchase results provided by the platform.
Unfortunately, issues can sometimes occur, most commonly because a trial was previously activated on the same device or account. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To resolve your issue:
Android
Please provide us with your Google Play e-mail address (linked to your account) and send us both payment receipts for verification.
iOS
Apple does not give us access to your billing information, as this process is fully managed on their side. To request a refund, you will need to contact Apple directly:
Visit Apple's webpage
Sign in with your Apple ID
Tap "Report" button next to the Moonly app
Follow the instructions and submit your request.
